Kayleigh McEnany Does Not Dismiss Questions on Trump's Reported Frustration with DefSec Esper

1 month ago   |   By Mediaite

President Donald Trump and top officials are apparently not happy with Defense Secretary Mark Esper for publicly stating he opposes using the Insurrection Act, a move the president has been reportedly considering.
CNN reported that Esper was already on “shaky ground” with the White House and those comments didn't help:
A senior Republican source told CNN that there has been ongoing tension involving Esper and that Trump has no respect for his defense chief. Esper has had little influence and essentially takes his lead from Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the source said, adding that this...

Gov. Cuomo Torches Trump for Church Stunt: ‘Here in New York We Actually Read the Bible'

1 month ago   |   By Mediaite

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo blasted President Donald Trump on Wednesday for engaging in a photo opportunity in front of a church this week, saying New Yorkers “actually read the Bible.”
Noting that Trump held a Bible up as he stood in front of St. John's Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C., Cuomo took a Bible out and said, “There are some passages that I think are especially appropriate for today, and this time of where we are.”

1 month ago   |   By The Wrap

President Donald Trump once again baselessly accused MSNBC's Joe Scarborough of murder Wednesday, this time doing it on Brian Kilmeade's daily radio program with no pushback from the host.
Kilmeade, a Fox News host, asked Trump why he targets attacks individual cable news hosts when there are “so many other huge problems out there.” America is still contending with the deadly coronavirus pandemic and has seen days of unrest and protest in various cities since the Memorial Day police killing of unarmed black man George Floyd.
The president's response to questions about his attacks on...
